Kim A. Lucas

Kim recognizes the importance of tailoring her services to meet the needs of each individual client and providing legal services in a personalized atmosphere. Her practical, business-oriented approach ensures you are always priority one. Kim Lucas has been in practice in Texas since 1990, starting her practice at Jackson & Walker, LLP, and practicing several years at Cowles & Thompson. Since 1998, Kim has been a partner of Kyle Mathis & Lucas LLP, representing and working closely with clients, in all phases of their business. Her experience includes business formation, employee issues, risk management issues, drafting contracts, and handling litigation. Her litigation experience includes general commercial litigation, employment matters, and deceptive trade practice litigation.

Kim is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and is admitted to practice in Texas (1990) and Oklahoma (2009). She lives in Coppell with her husband, two boys, and two dogs. In her spare time Kim enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
