Stephanie Persson

Stephanie is the customer service fanatic at Simplicity. She makes sure we consistently delight our customers. She oversees all of our customer loyalty programs and our client testimonials.

Stephanie grew up working for small businesses where she learned how to take care of customers. She worked in customer service at Nordstrom's - where she was exposed to world-class customer service practices. She has also used her customer service skills at a leading law firm.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys hiking, gardening and her five children.
